This innovative apartment style resort offers lifestyle-oriented second home owners management/income options. Nestled on the side of Lake Wakatipu on the Frankton arm of Queenstown, this steep site offers spectacular alpine views. The sloping site and southerly orientation provided quite a challenge to the design team. The design evolved from four interlinking buildings arrayed to fit with the rolling height plane. This allowed all apartments to enjoy the lake and mountain views. The walkways in combination with the major site walls and landscaping capture and distribute the precious north sun.
